Their appointments reflect our commitment to growing Loopa with professionals who combine legal excellence, financial judgment and a strong understanding of local markets," said Fernando Folgueiro, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Loopa Finance.
The appointments reflect Loopa Finance's commitment to combining local market expertise with an international investment perspective. By bringing together professionals with experience in litigation, arbitration, finance and business development, the firm continues to strengthen its capacity to evaluate opportunities and deliver tailored funding solutions across jurisdictions.
As demand for alternative dispute financing solutions continues to evolve, Loopa Finance remains focused on making capital more accessible, enabling businesses and law firms to manage litigation costs, unlock the value of legal claims and pursue meritorious disputes without compromising their financial stability.
